Updating Your Estate Plan
We recommend that you review your estate plan to determine if the documents align with your current wishes at least every 3-5 years or when you experience significant life changes such as marriage, family births or family deaths. If any of your estate planning goals have changed or if you are unsure if your estate planning documents should be updated, we recommend that you schedule an appointment for an estate plan review meeting.
Who Needs an Estate Plan?
At Diehl Law Firm we believe that every adult needs to have an estate plan in place. As to be expected, the estate planning that we recommend varies for each adult and the documents in an estate plan should be tailored to each individual.
